Who we are
GrowthPrism is a marketing content service. We operate from 6501 Main St Suite C, Grandview, Kansas City, MO 64030, United States. Questions about this policy go to the contact details at the end.
What we collect
We collect what you give us to run the product, and a small amount of technical data needed to keep you signed in.
- Account: username, password (stored hashed), email, role, and which workspace you belong to.
- Workspace content: brand profiles, products, posts, calendars, and related drafts.
- Usage: AI activity logs and login sessions.
- Browser storage: an auth token in local storage, and a cookie that remembers sidebar layout. These are needed to run the app.
- Analytics: Google Analytics on the public marketing and account pages (home, signup, login, legal). It is not loaded in the signed-in product, and it is not used for advertising.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the service you signed up for: drafting copy and images from your brand data and signals. We also use it to secure the product, fix bugs, bill the account, and reply when you contact us.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your workspace content to train public models.
Other modules
Contacts, outreach, and email warmup are not part of this release. If we add them later, this policy will say so, including any mailbox credentials or contact lists those modules need.
Processors
We use other companies to run parts of the product. They receive only what they need to do that work.
- Google (Gemini and Vertex AI) for text generation, classification, and related model calls.
- Google Analytics for visit and page measurement on the public site.
- OpenAI for image generation.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the application.
Retention
Account and workspace data last while the account is active. After you ask us to close it, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless we must keep records for security, a dispute, or the law. Backups expire on their own cycle.
Security
Passwords are hashed. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. Tell us promptly if you think an account is compromised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to export it. Email us using the address below. We may need to verify the request. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to a supervisory authority. California residents can ask the same of us; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law.
Children
The product is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way we will update this page and the date at the top.
