The service

GrowthPrism currently provides marketing content drafting: ideas, copy, images, and a calendar. What you get depends on the plan. Contacts, outreach, and email warmup are not part of this release. Some items on the public site are described as not yet shipped. Those are not part of the current service until they are.

Accounts

You keep login details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account, including people you invite. Tell us if you think the account is being used without permission. We may refuse or close accounts that we reasonably believe are abusive or created under false details.

Your content

You keep the rights to material you upload: brand assets, copy you write, and similar. You grant GrowthPrism a license to host and process that material solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload it.

AI drafts

Drafts of posts and images are generated by models. They can be wrong, generic, or conflict with someone else's rights. You review and set a date on the calendar. On that date the post publishes. You are responsible for the final content and for platform rules, advertising law, and intellectual property.

Other modules

Contacts, outreach, and email warmup are not part of this release. You may not use the product to send bulk mail until those modules ship and these terms say so.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, probe it except as we agree in writing, upload malware, or use it to violate other people's rights. Do not resell access without our written agreement.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as stated when you sign up. Enterprise is quoted separately. Unpaid invoices may mean we suspend the account. Billing questions go to the contact details at the end.

Availability

We work to keep the product running. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features with notice where it is reasonable to give it.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Model output is not advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Missouri law, GrowthPrism is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify GrowthPrism against claims that arise from your content or your use of the product in breach of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to close the account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is harming the service or other customers. After closure, your license to use the product ends. How long we keep data is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Jackson County, Missouri have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised terms.
